Our Commitment- This program is a Christ-centered, Bible-based discipleship program created to help children grow in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. In order to maintain spiritual integrity, safety, and effectiveness, the following policies and guidelines are established to ensure unity, clarity, and accountability among leaders, parents, and student,

Biblical Alignment -We affirm the Holy Bible as the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and practice. Participation in this program requires agreement with biblical teaching as presented in Scripture.

Enrollment & Limited Availability - Enrollment is limited due to our small-group vision, which allows for intentional discipleship and personal mentorship. While we desire to serve every family, space constraints require us to prioritize families who are prayerful, committed, and eager to grow. We ask that families apply with sincerity, understanding that many children and families can benefit from this program.

 Attendance & Commitment - Consistent attendance is essential. This program is designed to shape the heart, develop character, and build spiritual foundations. Chronic absences or inconsistent participation will not be tolerated.

Deadlines & Timeliness - Deadlines are taken seriously. Assignments, submissions, and required materials must be completed on time. Failure to meet deadlines may result in removal from the program, as punctuality and responsibility are part of biblical character development,

Parent Communication & Partnership - Consistent communication with parents is essential. Scripture calls families and mentors to walk in unity when raising children in the ways of the Lord.

Parents are expected to:

• Respond promptly to messages and updates

• Actively participate in their child’s spiritual growth

• Partner with program leaders throughout the duration of the program

Parent App Access & Progress Updates -Parents will have access to an app where they can view their child’s:

• Participation and engagement

• Progress and grades

• Notes, updates, and encouragement from our leaders.

This transparency supports accountability and partnership.

Conduct & Respect - All families and students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, humility, and honor.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

• Families are expected to communicate respectfully with leadership and other participants

Spiritual Care: Prayer, Counseling & Deliverance - We believe in prayer, biblical counseling, and deliverance as led by the Holy Spirit and grounded in Scripture.

• All ministry is conducted with compassion, wisdom, and discretion

• Our focus is restoration, freedom, and discipleship—not spectacle

• No practice is performed outside of biblical authority or parental awareness

Removal from the Program - We reserve the right to remove a child or family from the program if:

• Policies are repeatedly violated. This decision is made prayerfully and with the child’s spiritual well-being in mind.

Agreement & Acknowledgment -By applying to and participating in this program, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Policies & Guidelines.

Our heart is to steward this program with faithfulness, order, and love—so every child entrusted to us may grow in truth, freedom, and a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
