Terms & Conditions of Participation

1. Voluntary Participation -Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. By enrolling, attending, or participating in any part of the program, parents, guardians, and participants affirm that participation is a personal choice made freely and without coercion.

2. Assumption of Risk -Participants and parents/guardians understand and acknowledge that participation in the program is undertaken at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with online interaction, group participation, communication with others, use of technology, emotional responses, or personal application of teachings.

3. Limitation of Liability -To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ministry, its founders, leaders, staff, volunteers, instructors, representatives, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or expense arising from participation in the program, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

4. No Guarantee of Results -The ministry makes no guarantees or warranties regarding spiritual growth, behavior changes, learning outcomes, personal transformation, or specific results. Each participant’s experience is unique and dependent on personal engagement and external factors beyond the ministry’s control.

5. Parental Responsibility and Supervision -Parents or legal guardians retain full responsibility for their child’s participation, supervision, conduct, emotional well-being, and safety at all times. This includes responsibility during online sessions, at-home activities, and any off-platform interactions.

6. Online Learning & Technology Disclaimer - The ministry is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to:

  • Internet or service interruptions

  • Platform outages (Zoom, website, email, etc.)

  • Device malfunctions

  • Software updates or failures

  • Unauthorized access beyond reasonable safeguards

Participation requires reliable internet access and appropriate supervision.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services - The ministry may utilize third-party platforms, tools, or services. The ministry does not control and is not liable for the content, security, privacy practices, or failures of any third-party provider.

8. Educational and Faith-Based Purpose - All content, teachings, materials, and discussions are provided for faith-based educational purposes only. The ministry does not guarantee doctrinal agreement or interpretation. Personal application and discernment remain the responsibility of participants and families.

9. No Professional Advice - The program does not provide medical, psychological, counseling, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice. Participation does not create a counseling, therapeutic, or fiduciary relationship. Families are encouraged to seek qualified professionals when appropriate.

10. Behavioral Expectations & Code of Conduct - Participants are expected to engage respectfully and appropriately. The ministry reserves the right to restrict access, suspend, or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with program values, without liability or obligation.

11. Release and Hold Harmless Agreement - By participating, parents/guardians agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the ministry from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Content Ownership & Use - All program materials, curriculum, videos, images, and content are the intellectual property of the ministry and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

13. Program Changes or Termination -The ministry reserves the right to modify, reschedule, pause, or discontinue the program, content, or format at any time without liability.

14. Refunds and Fees (If Applicable) -Any fees paid are subject to the ministry’s refund policy, if applicable. Participation does not guarantee refunds in cases of removal, withdrawal, or non-attendance.

15. Governing Law -These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the ministry operates.

16. Acceptance of Terms -By registering, enrolling, or participating, parents/guardians acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
